Complutense University

Madrid, December 2009

Ángel Sastre (programmer at Sensaa) and Santiago Abadía (musician and audio producer) got together to give a small talk at the Madrid Complutense University. As part of the "Computational Foundations in Contemporary Art" module they talked about Kinesynth, their latest endeavour.

We kept the talk light on the technical details, and instead decided to focus on the high-level design decisions that were made. We went through the whole creative process, explained what worked and what didn't work, and how we ended up with Kinesynth.

We had a lot of fun with the students, and they probably had a lot of fun too!

We'd like to thank Carlos Molinero for having us for the day, Diego for taking such wonderful pictures and the students themselves, for being so participative and generally interested.

We hope we can repeat the experience next year!
